Default Menus Feb 9-15

Well, since no one else seems to have started this thread, I thought I would!

Today was first day on Phase 2 for me...

B: Smoothie with 6oz plain ff, sf yogurt and 1/2 cup blueberries and a little sweetener
L: Low-Carb Stew that I made last night and string cheese
S: One small apple with natural peanut butter (this was so good I could have eaten my weight, which is proudly 11 pounds less than it was two weeks ago!)
D: Chicken cooked with salsa on top of balck beans with lf cheese and ff sour cream

I don't know if I will have a dessert, maybe some more blue berries and a little yogurt or something.

Haven't added back breads yet....Scared of doing it. Any menus with some bread choices would be GREAT!!!

Post away...let me know what you are eating.

Jenn.

Yesterday's menu:
B: Natural PB with one smallish Apple
L: Atkins chicken wrap
S: String Cheese
SS: Half of chocolate cookie (oops!)
D: Extra lean hamburger patties, sliced tomatoes, cottage cheese and grilled mushrooms.

The dinner was so nice I am having it again tonight, I think!

Keep posting, give me ideas!!! My SO gets back on Sunday and has missed the entire first of the SBD, so I have to be solid enough to have good meal ideas for us both!

Dynagrrl,

I think you'll be OK with the regular choc, just use in moderation (something I can't do well). Anyway, what is this stew you've been raving about? Could you post the recipie on the SB recipie board? Or did you already? I'll go check...
