Hi everyone!
I am new but I just wanted to say that this diet is changing my life.
I lost 8 lbs the first week. I am almost done with week 2. I weigh in again on tuesday. (but I might skip weighing in because that
of the month will be here any day and I know it will effect the results, lol)
My main point of this post is to express my satisfation with this diet thus far.
(But, if anyone can recommend a good multi-vitamin I would greatly appreciate it!)
