YUP!! More than once I came back home with a stomach ache; and I didn't eat the worst of it either!! Just pushed it around my plate!!!
Here is her mashed potato recipe: Boil potatoes until overcooked. Put in mixer, and mix for half an hour or until glutinous. VOILA!!!

Oh my, but I am positively inspired! I had planned on grilled chicken, fresh asparagus and a spinach salad for dinner, but I've changed my mind! I am going to try Ellis's approach instead! Now if I can just find some frozen egg stuff, nasty red peppers, and ungreased skillet...oh, and put a lock on my spice cabinet, I'll be all set!
I'm dying here, and I don't even know who Madame Benoit is!

Oh, my gosh. "Don't add too much water, though." Oh, really, Den? I thought Ruth meant enough to completely cover the ham. oops. Well, it was very ummm, wet. The rest of the family enjoyed it, anyhow. Poor things...

YUP!! I did the same with my veg & pork loin the other night. Only added a cup of broth, but by the time everything was cooked it was soup!!! The crockpot REALLY generates moisture!!!! bet it tasted good though, and you can use the broth for your soup.
