Monday Morning Weigh In!!!
I noticed several of us joined SBD this last Monday and thought it would be nice to have a Monday weigh in to see how we are all doing!
No matter if this is your first week or your 100th week, please post your losses, gains, your plateaus, encouragement or anything else that strikes your fancy!
I am hoping something like this will make me accountable for what I am doing, please join me!
(I am up very late...will post when I get up, please start without me)
GOOD LUCK!!!

Good Morning!
Good Morning CHAZMOM, I was on the SBD during the summer and was doing wonderful (lost 16.5 lbs)... then the holiday's came along I began last week again (1-13) and have gone from 207.5 to 204 as of the 18th (yesterday). I weighed myself again this morning and am still 204... I am going to be 47 in February and have a stong belief that this will be ther year I take off this weight. I have stat's at the bottom of my post.
I will be back next Monday for the next weigh-in. This will be great to do. Thanks!

Thanks for starting this, Chaz!
And welcome, Sunny!
I'm at 182 this morning. Down a pound despite eating badly all week.

1st weigh in
Morning All!
I weighed in Friday for the 1st time in a week...I lost 7 lbs!
I didn't expect that much, so I am thrilled...really gives one the incentive to continue.
Good job to everyone! (high fives all around).
Have a beautiful day,
Jan

***sigh*** I am back up to 202 but I refuse to change my signature or goal. This too shall pass.
Wow! Nice to see the big losses but the small ones add up too!

So, I just weighed....my first week on Phase 1 and I have lost 9 lbs! I am very pleased with that....curious to see how much it slows down in week 2.
That makes me currently at 264 (I still don't know how that happened )
I will be back next week!!! See ya then!

Me Too!
Hi Everyone,
Chaz, I'm glad you started this thread!
I weighed in and I'm at 270, five pounds down. I am really happy and after a rough bump or two am looking to get back into the program this week!

Well I am down another pd since saturday despite my cheating the last two days. COOL! I've been boredom eating and I know it. Oh well. I think I will go and splurge on that madagascar vanilla red tea today as a treat, it will be a good evening deterrent.

I'm up 1/2 a pound but its that TOM and a couple of days I kinda gave in to my cravings. So, anyways, next Monday I'll be curious to see what my weight is. Plus, no more giving in!!!

Lost 1 1/4 pounds this week -- into my second week on phase 2, although I'm really careful about adding my carbs back. I'm at 141.75 and my goal is 130. (I put on about 15 pounds during November and December.) I have no idea how much I lost the first two weeks of phase 1 because I refused to get on the scale.

Down 10 on day 10 phase one
It's been a difficult week, and 5 trips to the grocery store. But we made it.
My favorite discovery of the entire week was a FF, SF thousand island dressing. We had corned beef, sauerkraft, and thousand island bake. It was the only thing that helped us from stopping for fast food.

I'm a loser, too!! Yesterday marked the first 2 weeks of Phase 1, and I lost 8 lbs. I know a lot of that was my 5 lb. gain from Christmas but I am happy nonetheless. I did WW points along with following the South Beach diet. I'm hooked. I haven't even eaten the wheat bread I bought over the weekend yet.
Congrats everybody!!
