Hey Ladies! I'm kinda disappointed in myself- I only lost 2 lbs in my first week of phase 1. I think it is a combination of things, but DANG! A measly 2 lbs??? If I had eaten like this 4 years ago, I know I would've dropped 5, at least. I'm not moving as much as I used to, plus these stupid drugs have put me in (hopefully temporary) menopause- wonder if that changes metabolism?

O well, going to have to re-evaluate what I eat. Maybe actually cook more. Any other thoughts?

Oh, and how do add a signature with my goals, etc.

Until I figure that out:

I don't lose as quickly as I used to either I think my age and not moving around as much as I used to has everything to do with it. Ah well. At least I don't feel like I'm starving. It was the pits last fall when I was trying to do WW flex points and not losing any weight AND feeling hungry all the time!

well, I guess it could be worse! LOL

I was super hungry the first couple days on SBD,and the headaches were horrid. So I upped my intake a bit, so I'm not hungry, but I am having ridiculous cravings.

URGH!

Look up at the blue bar and click on "User CP". Then on the left side of the screen under "Control Panel", click on "Edit Signature". You'll get a box to add your info. When youre done, just click the button at the bottom that says "Save Signature" to save it.
Also the smilies are to the right of where you reply. Click the "more" button at the bottom and you'll get a pop-up box w/ lots more to choose from. Hope that helps!!

so much for the Welcome everyone!

I just thought I would share something with you all... my hubby & I will usually get a few Lean Cuisine's to keep in our freezer rather then run to any fast food place on a hurried evening ~ well, the last time I was at the grocery store & Costco wholesale club I noticed that Lean Cuisine has jumped on the LOW CARB band wagon We had a couple of them for dinner last night after a very long day out all day. They are very good! Mine was only 15 Carbs! I had Roasted Turkey & Vegetables - Yum!

Here is their site for anyone interested:

Have a great evening everyone!
And the best week!!
