Breakfast ....2 slices turkey bacon
Lunch...picked up a ceasar burger from a local burger place, asked to leave off bun, so was basically a piece of meat with a ceasar salad.
Snack...pecans
Dinner....Chicken and Lentil soup, yummy!
Avocado with lemon
Snack...a few more pecans

skipped bkfst, had to run little one to dr and was running late!
