Hey, Rowan!
Your menu sounds wonderful! You can see the artistic overtones. I'd like to come eat with you...but since Calif. is a bit too far for lunch, I'll have to settle for the following:
B...Hard boiled egg, V-8, and coffee.
L...I'm going to lunch with a group of ladies from church. I will
let you know what I had . This should be an interesting
challenge to stay OP. Something I shall do, however.
S...Laughing Cow lite, and celery.
D...Etheopian Braised Chicken, Roasted Zucchinni and
Mushrooms, and small mixed salad.
Yes, Sflake, I am trying out a new recipe for DH tonight.
I'll let you know how the chicken turns out.
Have a great OP day, everyone.
Hugs,
~Sharon

I love this menu posting idea!
B: omelette with onion, green pepper, canadian bacon and a tiny bit of swiss cheese (went to diner with DH, told the waitress to not even bring toast or hash browns), coffee
S: LC Cheese
L: Greens with a hard-boiled egg and dressing
S: Pistachios!
D: Crab Cobb Salad - (going to a potluck, so I volunteered to bring a salad - something I KNOW I can eat - we'll see what else I can pick from that is OP there!)
D: Ricotta creme (maybe - I often skip dessert and have a cup of tea or a glass of wine)
Yeeps - I totally forgot to change my sig line!
