I know south beachers don't count calories etc, but I do believe that calories do count.. don't you? Does anyone know how many calories we can have and still lose weight? I feel like I may be eating too much. Would like to have an approximate calorie amount if anyone knows.. Thanks a bunch
It depends on your current weight. I am usually about 1200 calories. Most of us use www.fitday.com to check out our food.
I think Dr. A. knows that calories DO count too but the foods he approves, if eaten in normal quantities, should keep your calorie count down.
