Didi, don't tell Ellis about starting her own thread. She gets enough publicity and then crabs about it! LMAO!

Talking Diana's daily Day 2

Hello to anyone who will listen....
This is day 2 of my daily thread...lol
If it becomes obnoxious, let me know..

I had an ok Phase 2 day yesterday...went to Bertucci's with BF, ordered scallops to be safe, but also ended up eating a piece of pizza...I was so stuffed..

Good news is...I got home and took the puppy for our 2 mile walk.
(I also had gone to the gym during lunch, so hopefully it burned some calories and carbs)

Trying to just add 1 carb daily. It's been multigrain bread at lunchtime...seems to really fill me up and not give me any cravings.

Gofishin....what is phase 1.5? perhaps I should be doing that...

Di

Smile Hi, Di!!

I know what you mean about the Daily being so long!!

As a relatively newcomer to SBD (actually in week 2 of Phase I), I have tried to jump in and join everyone...however, by the time I say a bit to each person, I've forgotten the question!!

I really think you are handling Phase II well. How long did you stay in Phase I? This weekend I will complete my 2 weeks of the 1st Phase. Maybe I should stay here where it's safe for a while longer???? It really scares me about taking the "big step" into the next part.

I guess when I weigh myself on Saturday I'll be able to tell more. I lost 4 the 1st week...but who knows this week???? As you can tell, I have this "thing" about scales. It affects my attitude too much if I let it rule me on a daily basis.

I'm going to be watching your daily thread to see how you are doing in Phase II, so keep checking in. You can be my model to follow!!!!
Thanks for the tips...Sharon

Angry Diana's Daily Day 3

Hello beach babes in cyberland!!!
This is day 3 of my daily thread...

Sharon...thanks for popping in...I'm not sure about the role model thing, as I'm still trying to get a hang of this myself. We are all supporting models...

I had an OK day yesterday:

Breakfast- 2 eggs w/cheese

Lunch- Roast beef(lean) with cheese on multi grain w/ mayo

Dinner- slice of pizza... poor planning on my part...I worked my second job and got home after 9PM...of course BF didn't cook dinner, he had pizza and left a piece for me...
I hadn't gone food shopping, so I was out of luck in eating SBD..
Not too bad though...coulda been worse..

I didn't do any drive thru's....McD's is on my way home, I was tempted, but kept right on driving....

Also didn't have a chance for my daily 2 mile walk....

I'm curious about the Phase 1.5 which some have mentioned.
Any insight as to how it works would be appreciated...

Love this board!!!

Happy beachin..

Di

Smile Woo-Hoo , Di!!!!!!

Way to go passing up McD's. That's a tough one when you're tired and hungry!

I'm curious about what kind of multi grain bread you use.
Is is low in carbs?

How long did you stay on Phase I? Was it past your 2 weeks?

Keep up the great work on Phase II. I'm rootin' for you!

Just got back from a "Latin Dance" aerobics class!
I'm movin' and groovin' !!!!!!!
