Hello I am new here!
Day 2 of SBD and it has been surprisingly easy. I have issues with mood and food and I have found that the last 2 days have been shockingly mood swing free.
I like SBD because I do like carbs...however I know in my mind that bad carbs make me gain weight.
I am also vain and my husband is cute and after 2nd kid I am not sooo cute! lol
i do like WW but it gives me too much freedom and I end up carbing away
I look forward to adding whole grains but I know I can live without them.
Welcome, Megan! Yes, your husband IS cute. And your daughters are beautiful. (I hear ya on the husband thing... mine's cute, too, and I feel like a drudge beside him sometimes... we must lose weight, girl!)

I'm pretty new to SBD, too. Just started 3 days ago. Sounds pretty familiar about WW. I wasn't making very good choices on carbs either. I ended up gaining 10 pounds back because of it.
Maybe we could keep in touch to see how things are going.
