I'm on Day 8 of Phase 1. I have been doing VERY good staying OP. However, I just was feeling hungry and a little weak . . . and I indulged slightly. Before I went on SBD, I was eating some "saltines" that had some whole wheat flour added, so not STRICTLY "whole wheat" crackers. I was "only going to eat one . . . " and I ate about 8. I don't even think I have an excuse of any kind!
Not TTOM, but I haven't been sleeping super well.
Oh, well, one small indiscretion won't hurt me too much, I guess. I can stay OP the rest of the week ("Lord willing and the creek don't rise," as Grandma used to say!).
