Day 10 on the beach and I have lost 9 pounds!!! WOOHOO!!!!
I'm fired up and ready to go. I wasted too many years of my life being fat. Mind you, I'm still fat, 9 pounds didn't do the trick, LOL, but I'm on my way!!! I'm super motivated, love my new eating plan, feel great and am looking forward to my goal of 40 pounds gone by Christmas!!

Ms24Gal, Won't it be great to weigh less for Christmas? I am so excited knowing that I am going to treat myself to some new outfits because I won't have anything to wear!!!!!! Not too many new things because I plan to lose 121 more pounds!

Can anyone here that is in Phase 2 give any suggestions on reintroducing the good carbs back into your diet? Can you have some kind of something everyday or every so often? I know the book says if you eat bread for breakfast don't eat it again for dinner. I'mthinking maybe you can have fruit one day, bread one day. Is this correct?
That's the way it should be done, I think. I did bread, fruit and yoghurt in the same day and stalled bigtime! Duh!
This time, I'll know better. Yesterday, I had a whole wheat pita pizza for lunch but no fruit or yoghurt and I'm down a bit. Today I think blueberries will be my added carb but no bread or youghurt.
