You definately don't have to eat eggs every morning, so don't despair! Here are some ideas that have come up on this board:

Cottage cheese-you can add cinnamon and splenda, or some chopped veggies (I love tomatoes and cukes)

Ham or turkey slices and lf cheese along with a few tomatoes or sauted red peppers.

Smoked salmon pinwheels (lf cream cheese) and sliced tomatoes and cukes.

Left overs! Almost anything you ate for dinner will be fine for breakfast!

You can use your imagination and create new and exciting ways to fix eggs, too! I am not a big egg eater and honestly got the the point that I thought I would gag if I ate another scrambled egg! So I got busy in the kitchen experimenting....omlettes, "hash" made of veggies with eggs cooked on top, fritattas...anything I could think of!

I know you'll get some great ideas here, so please don't give up!

I enjoy omelettes made with eggs or Egg Beaters, lofat cheese, onions or other veggies. I also put in a couple links of Morningstar Farm sausage and top it with Salsa!
I just began this program-thought I would take this approach, WW points was not working very well for me right now! I will probably go back to that after awhile.

I frequently have leftovers from dinner for breakfast the next say - chicken, steak strips, shrimp! I also make a protein shake sometimes - simple and fast - NOT a mix - from scratch.
I use a cup of water, 2 heaping tablespoons of protein powder, some eggbeaters or egg whites, splenda and sometimes a bit of SF Jello power or crystal lite. I've also made it with a tsp of cocoa power and instant coffee. This all zaps up really fast in the blender.

Bella1, no need to follow the exact meal plans. They are just for ideas. I just plan my meals based on allowable foods.
Mmmmmm - ricotta creme for breakfast! Nummy!

Another V8 is fine but better watch the nuts. They are limited in Phase 1 - see the food list sticky.
Or you can just send him to his room!
