Anyone doing South Beach a long time?

I've only been on the South Beach diet for about 3 weeks and I was wondering if we could get some feedback from those that have been doing this a long time. What suggestions do you have? What kinds of encouragement? It would be nice to get advice from those that have been doing this for a while.

Hello, I started SBD in April.

I don't think of SBD as a diet but more as a way of eating that I want to continue.

I think having a diet buddy is good and visiting forums like this one is a great source of help and advice.
