In Phase 2 on South Beach you can add the following fruits:
apples, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, grapes, mangoes, oranges, and peaches. What are the serving sizes? For apples, oranges and peaches I would assume one medium size. What about blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes? Cantaloupe is especially good this time of the year....can I eat 1/2? 1/4? a cup of cut up pieces? Any help greatly appreciated.
