I'm slowing easing into Phase 2 but Friday night is usually pizza night around here and was hoping to have one slice. I usually make my own but have no idea what to use for a crust. Would a whole wheat tortilla be okay?
I have a pizza dough recipe I use that calls for 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 white flour (which I know is bad) but I'm wondering if the pizza would be too heavy if I used all whole wheat flour?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
