I have been readinf some posts and I see that the rule for prepared salad dressing is 3 or less grams of sugar per serving. I am wondering if there is a rule like that for the sugar free popcicles and fudgecicles? I bought some popcicles last night and they have no sugar at all but I saw some Blue Bunny fudgecicles that had 3g sugar per serving and I wondered if those were OK to have on Phase 1? I am really craving something like a fudgecicle but I don't want to eat it if it's going to mess me up. Thanks!
Heidi: Blue Bunny also has sugar free Fudgecicles. iIget those all the time. Also the orange/lime/raspberry ones. Very good. I think in Phase one you are allowed 75 calories for something like that, or SF hard candy. Check the food list to be sure. Have one, and that will put an end to the craving. Ann
I know you can have 75 calories but what if the sugar was high and it was under 75 calories? I am assuming that the sugar is the thing we are looking at and not carbs.
On phase 1 can I have a Blue Bunny with 3g sugar every day?
