I am going to start SBD this weekend. I now have a Revival soy shake (packet w/o sugar, 1% milk) for breakfast. It contains around 30 grams of protein and not many carbs, not much fat. I believe they are not allowed on phase 1 because of the milk, but would they be okay on phase 2? I'm thinking, yes, but I wanted to get feedback from those of you who are seeing success from the diet. Thanks!
