Default Revival soy shakes?

I am going to start SBD this weekend. I now have a Revival soy shake (packet w/o sugar, 1% milk) for breakfast. It contains around 30 grams of protein and not many carbs, not much fat. I believe they are not allowed on phase 1 because of the milk, but would they be okay on phase 2? I'm thinking, yes, but I wanted to get feedback from those of you who are seeing success from the diet. Thanks!

No shakes allowed on Phase 1 although I did make my own. SBD does not go for shakes and bars, just real food, but you can test out the soy shakes when you hit Phase 2. Sometimes Frankenfoods stall us as do highly processed foods.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
