Default Updated South Beach food list?
Hi all-
I did South Beach diet years and years ago with much success (60lbs lost). I'm getting back on the bandwagon! I noticed on the South Beach website though, that you can't get subscriptions anymore. Now I don't know where to find the most up to date list of foods for the diet...there are many old lists out there. Can anyone direct me where to find this? Thanks!!
