hello, i'm Liz-aka Sylver....I started doing the atkins diet about....4 or 5 months ago-that lots of protein -no fruit no forgiveness diet-
and lost about 50 pounds. (I did TONS Of exersize-6-7 days a week....) then eventually went down to only 3 days of kickboxing a week...so yeah-i suffered....
The most I suffered was my fruit though! I heard on this diet you just stay away from all unnecesary carbs-so i'm willing to give it a try and to make sure to get that book...and stick to it. I've reached my plateau-175 pounds. (down from 220)I need to loose at least 20-30 more punds to be at my "ideal"weight-so time for y'all to tell me all your secrets!!
