Dehydrated fruit is concentrated sugar. The idea here is to get off the high carb stuff. If you want crunchy and salty, try a dill pickle. I love celery with a bit of hummus or salsa for a snack. Maybe once a week I have 3 cups of plain popcorn (1 starch serving)...but only if I've followed my plan the rest of the week. Have you done your 2 weeks of Induction? You'll be past these cravings by then if you stick with it and don't give in. Don't even have the stuff around!
