Default Food for first day of phase 1

Okay Monday was the first day and i did good I think?

Bfast- 2 eggs,mushrooms and slice of red. fat cheese

snack- reduced fat cheese(3 or 4 slices)

Lunch- 6 slices of fat free turkey sandwich meat and 4 slices of red fat cheese

snack- 4 egg whites,string cheese and peice of sugar free candy

dinner- steak,2 helpings of butter beans and green beans

dessert- 1 cup ricotta,sugar free chocolate syrup,vanilla,cocoa powder and pkt of splenda

So how am i doing,am i overeating on the cheese or veggies! i am trying to keep myself from being hungry

149 8/13- 135 11/17 or before!!!!!

10/9- 144 yea!!!!! only 9 lbs left to goal!!!!!

You're doing great.Just be careful of having too much cheese and don't forget to drink lots of water. Keep it up

Too much cheese can bind you and make your life miserable.
