After nearly 4 years off plan.. it's time to get back to it. I was doing OK until studying for a major exam recently came with a major gain. I used to like starting a new on plan thread on Mondays, so i'll only date this one until Sunday.
Anyway, today was P1D1.
Breakfast: Eggbeaters with spinach and cheese
Lunch: TJ's palak paneers, hummus, celery sticks, bell pepper
Snack: Oscar Meyer P3 (cashews, cheese, chicken)
Supper: Brussel sprouts and pancetta with spaghetti squash & puttanesca sauce.
Snack: Babybel light and a SF jello.
Breakfast: Leftover spaghetti squash pie
Lunch: Philly cheese steak, no bun
Snack: Cheese strings x 2, SF jello x 2
Supper: Buffalo chicken with buttermilk feta sauce & broccolini
Snack: Chocolate "cake"
Breakfast: Palak paneer (TJs), celery, bell peppers, hummus
Lunch: Ended up at Outback. Had a 6oz sirloin with steamed broccoli and Coke Zero.
Snack: SF jello parfait. Cheese string.
Supper: Greek salad with chicken
Dessert: Maybe just a spoon of PB
OK - yesterday's post vanished - wifi is spotty here at the ocean beach. With the exception of one accidental lasagna noodle (long story), it was on plan. Lots of food, but on plan.

Snack: greek yogurt, sf jam
Lunch: broiled fish, cheese, veggies
Snack: cashews
Supper: huge salad, turkey pepperoni crisps, avocado
Dessert: sf jello
