I was horrendous last month. With two rides scheduled I need to regain my consistency. No more listening to excuses. My goal is for my "skinny" uniform pants to fit comfortably by the end of the month.
1. 35 min indoor cycling 7 miles 2-4 work 5 1 hr 15 min cycling 20 miles 6 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles 7-11 work (just can't seem to find the energy) 12 50 min cycling 12 miles 13 14 1 hr 15 min cycling 17miles lots of hills! 15 work 16 17 miles 17 22 miles |
I missed my goal for last month by quite a few hundred minutes. I should be able to hit goal this month, since we are going to Disney at the end of the month, I can do 5 miles in one day there, so I am going to aim high for July and goal will be 1500 minutes

I was terrible at tracking again last month, but great at moving. I am not getting as much intentional exercise as I want, but lots of task related exercise.
