new chick on the beach

    Hi everyone! I have been wandering around the beach alone for about a week...and I am so glad to have finally found you all! I had so many questions, and a lot of them have been answered by reading your posts.
    I am 31, have been married for 13 years, and have 3 wonderful children. I am hoping to lose about 75 pounds with the SBD.
    Just thought I would introduce myself instead of lurking around...

    Colorado...welcome, welcome! As with any change, it is easier if you have support. And this is a great place to get the right kind of help...friendly, encouraging, never judgemental!

    HI colorado,
    I just joined the group myself. Started SB on monday and so far it is livable. I'll know more after I get on the scale tomorrow. I'm 50 also with 3 kids and have 80 pounds to lose. See you on the beach...............Julie
