Started Monday, August 4

8/4 = 166.5
8/8 = 162!!!!!

I know you're not supposed to weight every day, but I couldn't help myself. Next week I'm not gonna...

(Later) Just went up and weighed, and I am a few more pounds down!! Not an official weigh in because it was after breakfast.....

Started June 9 at 140, now weigh 128. I'm almost to goal. I'm 5'3" and 48 yrs old.
