1. Start date 7/28/03 (3 days left in phase 1)

2. Loss of 4.5 lbs

Started Monday, August 4

8/4 = 166.5
8/8 = 162!!!!!

I know you're not supposed to weight every day, but I couldn't help myself. Next week I'm not gonna...

start date July 17th so far I'm down 15 pounds.

13 pounds lost

(Later) Just went up and weighed, and I am a few more pounds down!! Not an official weigh in because it was after breakfast.....

10 lbs. gone(all in the first 2 weeks, nothing since..but no gain either!:D )

I'm on my fifth day and I lost 7 pounds! Woohoo!:cb: Even the headaches are gone!
