Started 7/28- on Day 12 currently, down 4 pounds since weighing, which I have not done in a week and have no intention of this week. My jeans that did not fit before, do now. This is enough for me.
Started June 1 ... lost 5 lbs ... screwed up ... restarted 7/21 ... lost 5 more pounds ... just started phase II last Sunday and have no intention of weighing myself this week because my TOM tomorrow ...
I started June 1 and lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. But then I stalled. Restarted August 1 and have lost another 5. Thrilled with my progress but not becoming complacent again!
I THINK I started around the same time as Sil... June 9th. I've lost and kept off 15 pounds. I've been stalled for about a month, but I'm stressed right now, and am cheating a little every day. I'm just glad not to be gaining it back! I'll start again in earnest in about a week or so.
My DH started at the same time, and has lost about 22 pounds.
Holy moly, Sil! That's incredible!! Okay, now where exactly did that fat go. Because stuff just changes form right? So, is it floating around in outer space right now? Is it in the form of energy now? Which would mean what... that we're contributing to global warming...
