I think that it is OK as long as the sugar is 2gms or less per serving. I tried to look it up in the book but couldn't find it. Maybe somebody else will know the exact amount of sugar.

Not sure. You COULD make your own, though. DH buys chunks of blue and stilton (oh... I LOVE stilton), and throws it with with ... something.

GET THE BLOODY RECIPE ELLIS!!! I WANT IT!! By the way, Marie's dressing has 0 carbs!!! But it is easy to use a LOT of those thick dressings, so you have to be careful!!!

Marie's Light Blue Cheese is good. It has hardly any sugar & is really delicious. Regular Marie's is good too, but has too much fat, I'm afraid I'll use too much. I tried the zero calorie, no carb dressings, but they were not very tasty. I figure why cheat your tummy!

Hey girls ...

Another good one is Light Done Right (kraft)... I have the bottle at work and I can't remember how many grams of sugar but I think 3 ... I've been making my own dressing so often lately ...
