Angry Need Some Willpower Vibes...

My husbands annual company picnic is Sat..along with one of my sons b-days ...lots of FOOD ( the good BBQ kind) and cake, etc...I need some willpower vibes my way! This is going to be really hard, especially so early in Phase 1 YIKES! Have a nice day everyone! Shari

Shari, I bet there'll be stuff there that you actually "pig out" on. Maybe chicken... salad... just stay away from the crap.

YUP!! I went to a BBQ during phase 1 too. Ate ribs and salad!!! YES, the meat was high fat and there was sugar in the BBQ sauce, but I DIDN'T eat the baked beans and potato salad. STILL LOST WEIGHT TOO!!!
