I just had an epiphany that I'm guessing you ladies have known for a looooooooooong time...but plain nonfat Greek yogurt, a pinch of vanilla extract, and Splenda is HEAVEN. I've always had my Greek yogurt with peanut butter and Splenda, but I was out of peanut butter. Holy crap, am I glad! Soooooooooooo good!

Ruth - Your post had me giggling. Did you find the elusive T-Rex? There's this cute little book I keep looking at but not buying, it's called "things T-Rex can't do" or something like that. It's so silly, but it makes me giggle. It's things like painting a fence and it has a picture of a fence with the area in front of his arms painted and the rest not painted. Silly, but hilarious to me. Do you have a recipe for the crockpot beef stew? I've been wanting to make once, but I'm used to the old classic that's full of potatoes and carrots. Do you sub cauliflower?

Pearl - Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry you had to deal w/ that! I hope you were able to rig it up for the day. I'm w/ you, though, I think I'd just do w/o water for a day if I had to. Heck, it'd probably be cheaper to go to a hotel than to call a plumber out, LOL
