I just wanted to let you know I will be out of town for a week or so. We have a house in Gold Beach and I need to paint it before I head back to work.
I was tired of eggs by day 3! The key is protein and lots of it on Phase I. My first Phase II breakfast was Kashi cereal. I tend to eat the cereal more than eggs now but I find I get hungry sooner. Need to work on that. See how you do with the fruit in the am-I would love to have my oj back but instead I have fruit smoothie in the afternoon. Lots of people tweak the guidelines to suit their needs.
