couple of quick easy questions
 

Hi friends, hopefully my book will arrive today, but...

Mayo- are we allowed on phase 1 (as in commercially prepared tuna, or chicken salad)

Salad Dressing, any bottled brands acceptable...

Tina, if I remember correctly, the book says to use regular mayo in small amounts. As for salad dressings, look for those with less than 3gr of sugar per serving. Most of the low fat versions have more sugar than the regular kind. I found that ceasar dressing is low sugar.

Good luck...hope your book arrives soon. But you will probably still have questions...I know I sure did (and still do sometimes!)
