I got hijacked by work again last month so still getting back on track. I've had a good week and am building on that.

My goals for January: 10,000 steps/day, 1200 minutes planned exercise
1270/1200

1 10,000+, 45m treadmill & Wii
2 12,000+, 50m treadmill, Wii, and weights
3 5,000 travel day
4 30m Wii

5 10,000+, 30m Wii
6 7500, 60m walk
7 travel day, 45m bike
8 7500, 40m bike
9 4 hours on the road and a mtg
10 7500, 30m videos and Wii. squats
11 forgot pedometer, 35m bike, squats

12 10,000+, 50m treadmill, squats
13 10,000, 40m bike, squats
14 30m bike
15 45m treadmill
16 squats
17 squats
18 10,000 60m treadmill, squats

19 10,000. squats, 45m walk
20 10,000, squats, 50m treadmill
21 75m yoga
22 45m walk
23 - 10,000, squats, 105m icy woods walk
24 - squats
25 squats, 30m treadmill

Here are my exercise goals - 10,000 steps per day and working out at the gym/dance class at least 3 times a week.

1 - 6,624 steps
2 - 5,842 steps, gym workout
3 - 7,224 steps
4 - 4,878 steps

5 - 4,186 steps
6 - 3,961 steps (this is going in the wrong direction!)
7 - 6,712 steps, dance class
8 - 7,078 steps
9 - 5,427 steps
10 - 5,730 steps
11 - 4, 728 steps

12 - 4,780 steps
13 - 3,195 steps
14 - 5,149 steps, dance class
15 - 2,391 steps
16 - 5,566 steps
17 - 3,844 steps
18 - 3,917 steps

19 - 7,334 steps (getting closer!)
20 - 4,508 steps
21 - 2,477 steps
22 - 1,971 steps (felt really icky that day due to a reaction to a tetanus shot - ugh)
23 - 4,424 steps
24 - 4,269 steps
25 - 11,936 steps (did a 5k with my hubby!)

26 - 4,580
27 - 5,887

30 - on vacation - won't be posting again until probably February 9th.

Get my legs in shape for May. Going for miles not minutes this month. Not setting an amount as this is my first month training. Aiming for consistency and performance.

2 5 miles 30 min cycling (went easy took a fall earlier in the day)

5-7 work
8 11 miles cycling 50 min 20 min core exercises
9 60 minutes shoveling I'm counting this as exercise ugh!
10 12 miles cycling 60 min 20 min core exercises
11-13 work
14 20 miles cycling 90 minutes
15 10 miles cycling 45 minutes 20 min core exercises
16 6 miles 30 min cycling (80 miles for the month will aim for 160)
17 6 miles 30 min cycling
18 6 miles 30 min cycling
19 7 miles 30 min cycling
20 3 miles 20 min cycling
21 rest
22 16 miles 70 min cycling 10 min core exercises
23 6 miles 30 min cycling (124 miles and counting)
24-30 work and excuses kept me away will try and end the month on a positive
