The first # is the starting weight, the second is current and the third is goal weight. Now people do get pretty fancy but that's the basic.
Re the Signature:
Go to User CP - the button at the top
Scoll down to the signature area and enter your stuff
Scroll to the bottom and hit submit modifications.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
