Default Back to Phase 1...again - two questions

Fell off the wagon and am heading back to the Beach. I live in Mexico for 3 months of the year and I always seem to add 10 lbs back on while I am there.

Two questions:

1. I fell in love with the SBD muffin last time around, I think it saved my life! I didn't find out about it until PH2 but see that it is OK for PH1. Do others eat this regularly (or daily)? Have you found that it slows weight loss or it is really truly OK? It also looks like that would be my fiber for the day, correct?

2. I've also noticed some crossover with the Paleo Diet (a friends' son is on it) and he told me about these wraps. What phase would you say they would be?

Thanks for your help!

Hmmm, I don't remember the coconut thing (I'd probably limit the wraps b/c of calories), but some of the products on the website look interesting. Something I could order for myself and not share with the kids!

Which SBD muffins do you mean?

I went through weeks of eating those muffins when I was losing and never had a problem. I try to add flax or chia even when I don't have the muffins.

The South Beach muffins made with ground flax that you put in the microwave. Love them!

The wrap only has 70 calories so that should be fine right?

I agree some of the stuff at the website looks good. I also did store locator and found a store that carries some of their stuff in the next town over from me.
