B: greek yogurt w/agave nectar, coffee w/naughty creamer
L: chicken chili
D: mock green chile chicken enchiladas
S: celery sticks w/laughing cow wedge
Need to focus on upping my veggies, brought lots with me today. Got some FF 1/2&1/2 and some SF flavor for my coffee at work. Going to try and limit what I add in, hopefully start drinking it black someday...or not at all!
Peeked at the scale this morning, already down a couple of pounds, due to some major water retention from this weekend I'm sure...but a smaller number is always nice to see.
