suprisingly the pistachio's satisfied my hunger, i think because it took so stinking long to get the shells off! and i just had a pork roll omlette and a scoop of peanut butter... thinking of having a sugar free jello too, logged all of my stuff onto fitday.com and it showed i only ate 700 calories... that's WAY below what i should eat...

Good evening ladies:
Compared to everyone posted here (with the exception of Whimsey) I eat like a cow!!!
Breakfast: Ham and cheese omelet (3 egg whites, one whole egg, 2 slices ham and one slice 2% cheese)
Lunch: Sliced top round steak w/romaine and home made honey mustard dressing
Snack: 3 celery sticks with one wedge Laughing Cow
Snack: 4oz Breyers cottage cheese (2%) mixed with 1/2 equal and cinnamon
Dinner: Yet another ham and cheese omelet (because the rest of the people were eating chicken nuggets and french fries ... no sympathy or support)
Also, 4 SALTED cashews and 3 almonds while making my lunch for tomorrow and one sugar free chocolate mint hard candy
I'm starting to eat the same thing for breakfast every day ... good thing phase II starts Sunday!!!
Nikkiloo
