Today's actual and planned

B. Eggs cooked with zucchini, red pepper and a bit of onion and
topped with a slice of FF cheese - stuck to the pan, dammit!

L. Experimental zucchini pancakes - a Lebanese recipe which I
can't pronounce. Feta and mint and dill are featured. I'll post
it if it's any good.

D. Chinese Chicken packets fromPhase 2 recipes - I'll skip the
water chestnuts - maybe add some pecans?

Snacks if needed - celery with egg salad or Laughing Cow cheese

Better get with it. I must get groceries this afternoon or else!

B. 2 cheese crisp thingies and a ricotta dessert from yesterday

L. chicken and LF Swiss cheese roll-ups
sliced cucumber in vinegar and dill

D. subject to change depending on shopping this PM
extra-lean ground beef kabobs (BBQ)
yellow and green beans - for sure!
cherry tomatoes and pesto
another yummy ricotta dessert

S. Laughing cow cheese on celery sticks if needed.

I really don't feel the need for a snack mid-morning or afternoon but am pretty hungry an hour or so before lunch or dinner so I guess it's necessary insurance.
