I always like to hear if people had successful months or not.
I was quite ill (some kind of infection, taking forever to clear) for most of the month. So while I lost more than my goal, it wasn't a normal healthy way to do it. It involved serious GI issues and much-reduced calories
. I am working on making all of my calories count nutritionally and I hope to be healthy again in August - but I won't be participating in any weight loss challenges... presumably I will gain some weight back as I get healthier
I hope some or all of you had success in July!
