I managed breakfast just fine...and my snack...
I ordered a salad for lunch with turkey & ham...oil and vinegar dressing...thought I was doing great..until...
I read the foods to avoid...and NO LUNCH MEAT UNLESS Low Fat or FF!! AUGHHHH!!!//
Live and learn.....but I wish I read the list first..
I could have sworn that it was ok to eat from the book....
