I have one cup of coffee with artifical sweetner in the am (just can't get going without it) my question is, Is fat free half&half ok? or should I use Low fat or suffer it black? Thanks for the help, for some reason the dairy issue confuses me.
Dr. A. states if coffee makes you happy - have a cup or two with Low Fat Milk. I'm not a coffee drinker so not sure about the 1/2 & 1/2. Low fat milk is fine! Enjoy and best of luck to you!
