Default Day 2, Can Someone Please Check My 2 Menus??

Hi everyone,

I'm at the end of my 2nd day, Phase 1 on SB. I'm just hoping that I'm doing this right. I'm wondering if someone could please do me a favor and take a quick look at my 2 days of menus and let me if im doing this right or if I need to be doing anything different??

Thanks so much!!

It looks mostly good, although I would say, if you're getting SBD flu (you feel miserable, cranky, and sometimes light headed), legumes often help, and you may want some in there somewhere.

Also, Lindsey has got an awesome weekly thread that would be perfect for you to post your daily menu, and critiqued if wish!!
