We had a good day today...we live at the Lake and we left our beach and boated over to a different beach...It was beautiful today...anyway...everyone was chowing on chips and beer. I had a bottle of water and a diet dr. pepper. I was starving when we finally came home..we left at 10:30 am and didn't get home till 6:00 pm...we grilled a large Salmon fillet on the grill...I ate lots of it...I was starving!! (also had salad) I feel so good. I was OP all day and that is the second day in a row. I am so determined now. I saw a picture of myself that someone took over the 4th of July...I look like a big water buffalo!! I am going to lose this weight...I only want to lose 40 or 50 lbs. That is not much...Just 10lb goals at a time!!!

Boy, I use to hate to get my pic taken, but now I want it. My shirts are sooo big on me now. I won't see my family until late fall, no telling what I'll look like.

hello!
Barb, thanks for the welcome and congrats on the weight loss! it does feels so good to loose again! wow! the 180's...I cannot wait to get there myself. Feels like I have been stuck in the 190's forever...
Congrats on an op day whimsey. hat is what it takes, one day at a time.
Kim, pizza and cake--well I can relate there with the cake thing. Last night I dreampt of cake--now that is just sick!!!! Anyway, just get back on course today. You will be ok. It's when we have more cheats than op days that we are in trouble.
As for me, had a pretty good op day. had salmon from Red Lobster--grilled and got a whole cuz I thought I was hungry..but couldn't finish it, so I brought the rest home and plan to substitute it in day 2 phase one lunch salad for the tuna. I got double veggies in place of the potato and no croutons on my salad, no reg cheese either. And no garlic cheese biscuits. And to be honest, it was easier than trying to stay op with ww. When I got home I made some of that ricotta cream--boy is it good, and it really attacks the sweet tooth. (for now anyway) I have got to get this butt in gear and start regular exercise again. I have kind of lagged there.
Have a great day!

The Beachfront Weekender - July 19 and 20
Doing a combo - I hope!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It worked! Just back from Church where everyone was delighted with the new paint job.
Nummy! Red Lobster. Good going on control over what you ate, Healthyeater. I tell them hold the croutons because I'm allergic to wheat. Works fine every time!
Whimsey, we are proud of you! yesterday was a wonderfully controlled day for you. One day at a time!
I moved officially to Phase II this morning. Did that bread ever taste great! Now I need to get the weight to move again.
This afternoon I tackle a few pre-judging jobs for the Schoolwork Judging tomorrow morning. I have lots of help and a super experienced so it should go well. Lady Anna is ready to start at 8 - my kind of gal!
I do intend to do some chaise time this afternoon to recharge my batteries before the next hectic week. Join me in a Crystal Lite!
Watch out on the LowCarb beer!!! It still contains maltose - which is the killer (bad) ingredient in beer...its not the carbs that will set you back but the sugar rush!!!
Tonight's my 3rd wedding anniversary - and although my hubby and I are on day 13 of Phase I...we are going out...
The good news is that we have both lost 11 pounds a piece in 13 days!!!!!! Since we are going out tonight - we will probably stay strict on Phase 1 for another week...then start venturing into Phase II...
Good evening Ladies,
Rotobabe, congrats on your anniversary and losing 11 lbs!
Ellis, I just made your Cheddar-stuffed Burgers for lunch. OMG, they were so good, they were Orgasmic (can I say that?)
I can not stand Seafood, but DH loves it. I wish I did. It would give me more choices of meat. I could eat those hamburgers every meal! Plus seafood is so much healthier.
DH just walked in here and said it was too late to cook lets go out to dinner. I tell you I was never a cook, now I'm in the kitchen all the time. Not complaining, I'm enjoying the delicious recipes. I stay home, I don't know how you all do it with working outside the home! My hats off to you!
Can you have beef for lunch and dinner on the same day?
Oh no, 2dogs!! I was just coming back here to tell you that I didn't mean that the way it sounded!
When I said it was "freaking me out", I meant that I kept thinking your posts were mine, and I was reading them and thinking I'd lost my mind. heh heh. (that didn't sound right either.  But I think you know what I mean...)
I WANT you to have Grommet. Please, take him back! He's so cute! I've been here long enough that I should have my own uploaded avatar by now.  (even if it DOES confuse people and they think I'm a man. snicker)
OMG, Coton... are they good? I haven't even TRIED them yet! Okay, I'm making them this week! Thanks for testing them for me!!  (if Ruth can say some of the things SHE says, then you can certainly say, "orgasmic"  )
I stay home, too! And I HATE cooking! (my poor husband... he's delighted if he comes home just TWICE a week and dinner's made!)
Ellis, YES they are good! DH wanted to go out tonight, but I chose to stay home and have ginger chicken. Went to make it and realized it needed to marninate. It was way too late to wait for that, I was an hour past my feeding time!LOL So, we warmed up the other 2 burgers. Oh, by the way I didn't put the cheese in the middle of the burgers and melted it on top. Do you think it's bad to have them twice in one day?
Well, if you have read the food journal, you'll see I screwed up again today. My sister brought me a Toblerone bar, and I ate it then another piece of pizza-I am totally PMSing. Help me!!!! Somebody come bust my hiney and make me do right!!!!!
The rest of you sound like you're doing so well. I will have to do better tomorrow-I had a lot of sewing and embroidery to do this weekend, and I was soooooooo stressed, so I will not be so bad tomorrow. I usually have willpower but it's just an "off" weekend.
Hey, the rest of you chickadees keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!
Ellis, you're too funny! You never know.....maybe I am your doppelganger! LOL
Since you begged so sweetly *grin*, I will take Grommet back if that is what you really want. One of these days I'll figure out how to make my own.......
