Hey yall, i'm going to an amazing thai restaraunt this weekend in Seattle. Literally the best thai restuaraunt outside of thailand. Here's the menu.I'm on day 15 of p1. I'm goin to stay on it for at least the 21st day. I'm thinking i'm going to order the "gai yang" and get steamed veggies instead of rice. Thoughts?

I have just come back from Thailand from a work trip and ate a ton. I actually lost weight too.
Looking at the menu, there is a lot of deep fried stuff on there which is what I would avoid.
For me, I would pick:
Appetizer: Yum Talay
Entree: Scallop Prik Pao or Seafod Medley with steamed vegetable sides
Dessert: Ice cream
Guaranteed loss or no weight gain.
I always do three courses at a special restaurant.
Running because of Diana

We go out for Thai food often. There are lots of yummy choices! I really enjoy Thai Beef Salad. Enjoy your dinner and just remember afterward that the scale may jump due to the sodium content. Just drink lots if water and it always come back down. Sometimes it takes a few days.
