Hi everyone! I've tried the South Beach Diet before with good results. Over the past year, though, I decided to try some other things, ie the Paleo diet/lifestyle. I found it very restrictive and although had great results, couldn't stick with it. Therefore, I'm back on the beach! My weight loss goal for March (forgive me for being late) is 9 lbs. I hope to be about 140lbs on April 1st. This may be ambitious, but we'll see how it goes!
