update on my 1/2 way mark of SBD phase 1.
I'm down 11 lbs! So pumped for that. And my energy is through the roof. My wife loves it as I havent stopped doing house work lol. I was using the SBD app for awhile, but the food tracker sucks. So now i use it for finding out what i can and cant eat and if there are portion requirements on that particular food. I don't want to jinx anything but i feel really good. Head is clear and I'm drinking a ton of water. I'm thinking I'll probably stick on phase 1 for 21 days. But as for now, i'm going to stay on 7 day increments.
