I didn't as much to lose as you did, but I lost 6 lbs the first week, then gained one back the second. I think you get SOO excited to lose weight so quickly, that when it stops/slows down/slightly reverses, you freak. I wouldn't worry about the one lb gain, it could simply be the salt content of your meal. You will find, if you weigh daily, you fluctuate all over based on different factors.
