B. Skipped it because I had to deal with a tree but got through
the morning on two coffees and about 32 oz of water!
L. 4 big shrimp from A&P and a half pint of berries with one
wedge of Laughing Cow cheese.
(I didn't eat in the car but stopped in a shady churchyard on my way home from Brockville.)
D. BBQ sirloin with mushrooms
a green salad
I've done pretty well on the water today. The raspberries were the first locals of the season and just too tempting. My body decided to start Phase II - don't blame me!
