I haven't eaten much today, and didn't really eat a meal until dinner. Twice during the day, I ate a piece of lunch meat and FF cheese, and for dinner I had two chicken weiners with a salad. I can't believe how NOT hungry I am on this diet.

I hear ya, Bobo.
And I hate to say this, but make sure you eat enough! You don't want your body to go into some weird starvation mode and start holding onto your fat!

Thursday:

So far:

- coffee w/skim milk
- 2 coffees w/skim milk
- 2 multi-grain bread w/garlic butter

- shipload of pistachios
- 2 waters

- fish
- cauliflower (fake potatoes)
- other veg?

You're right Ellis.

I will have to try to be more careful to plan my meals. I was sewing all day yesterday, and just grabbed the quickest thing. Here's what I've had so far today.

Breakfast: slept late!

Lunch: grilled chicken with Mrs. Dash, okra cooked in a little olive oil and some chicken boullion cubes.

Snack: ricotta dessert

Dinner:More okra with Hormel Black Label ham. ricotta-only about a TBS. or so!

The ham I ate was like a canned, cured one. I hope that's okay. It only had 100 cals for 3 oz, 4.5 fat g, 1 carb. gram. It was cured though with water, salt, dextrose, sodium, phosphates, sodium nitrate. I hope the dextrose didn't hurt???

Um, Whimsey, do chickens have weenies? Wouldn't it be rooster weenies?

ROFLOLPIMP! Glad you understood, Ellis!

Moving to Phase 2 today

The Plan
B. coffee
1/2 cup blueberries
2 wedges of Laughing Cow
L. chicken fajitas - maybe with one whole wheat tortilla
D. Hmmm - would love to go out but will probably end up with
pork tenderloin
green beans
zucchini (it's started!) with pesto

Two carbs introduced today. I hope I stay the same weight.
